{Review} Panasonic Wet/Dry Epilator

Hiya everyone ♡

Beauty Bulletin kindly sent me a Panasonic Wet/Dry Epilator to trial. I received it in December and have had some time to mull it over.

As it is a wet/dry epilator, I tried it both ways. First I tried it completely dry, no product or anything. Next I thought perhaps I would have more luck with water and conditioner on my legs - I use conditioner to remove leg hairs as soap is too dehydrating for my skin.

Have a look at my thoughts below...

{Lookbook} Flower Power

Hiya everyone

First outfit post of the year, yahooo! I did a photoshoot with Get It magazine in Durban (read the online part here) and I chose the 70s trend as the theme for the shoot. The wonderful Robyn from JessieBird Photography and I found a forest/field in Hillcrest that was the perfect backdrop for the 70s vibe.

I fell in love with this suede skirt from MRP! The shape, colour and fabric are so on-trend.

Are you a fan of the 70s trend?

Goals for 2016 ♡

Hiya everyone ♡

Happy New Year to you all! I am so glad that it’s finally the new year, I was itching for 2015 to be over. I’ve always said that no-one should ever wish away time, but I felt like I needed to turn over to a new chapter. My last year was full of many ups, documented in my highlights post here, and many downs. Whilst reflecting I noticed that there were many areas in my life that need more effort than last year. So, here’s a few of my 2016 goals that I thought I would share with you.

Highlights of 2015 ♡

Hiya everyone

Happy 2016! I know that every person you have spoken to has said this, but oh my where did this last year go? I have heard that time moving at higher speeds is relative to an increase in age. That last sentence was way too serious for my blog, so let's just say that the older you get the quicker life is passing by. Ain't that the truth?!

2015 was an... interesting year for me. There were so many big changes, very big scary changes. If anyone had to look over my list below then they would probably say that I have had a successful year, and I have. Just remember that this list covers my highlights, and whilst there were lots of highs there certainly were a lot of lows too. I work very hard to try fit my definition of happy, I feel that there are areas that I really need to work on to make 2016 even better - and that's where my next post comes in (keep an eye out).

So here are a few of my 2015 highlights, in no particular order...
